Water Problems
Leaks in your unit need to be reported immediately.  Even damp spaces that you have noticed on the ceiling may be the result of a larger problem.  Any indication of a leak should be reported immediately to the management agency.  You may also send information on the web site  feedback page.  More importantly, it provides an easy method to put your complaint in writing!  If you do not receive a prompt reply, you can call a member of the board or the management company.  Water drainage throughout the complex has been an ongoing problem for Altamont Patio Condominiums and is now being aggressively addressed. However, not reporting a leak can result in thousands of dollars of unnecessary damage, and you could be responsible for it.
