Suspicious Activity, Police Reports, etc.:
Any kind of suspicious activity should be reported.  Sometimes police need to be alerted of people or things that just don't appear right.  A car or unit that has been broken into should be reported to the police immediately.  Alerting the board to pass the word of the activity around would also allow everyone else to be on watch.
