Problems occasionally arise around the complex from a variety of sources and various solutions are applicable to these problems.  Knowing what to do when a problem presents itself may help minimize the effect.  It is always important to remember that condominiums are not like apartments where a landlord is responsible for the building, inside and out.

As a partial owner of Altamont Patio Condominiums, you are mostly responsible for the inside of your unit and the damages that arise from accidents originating from your unit.  However, there are some important exceptions to this rule.
