Minutes of the Altamont Patio Condominium Meeting

I.  Iron fencing purchased

    A. Work will move forward on dog-poo proofing the grounds near A row

II. Requests

    A.  Bart is going to look into immobile cars, bottom parking lot erosion, restriping parking lot, fixing poor asphalt patching, and tree trimming.

 III.  B-Dry work probably not needed on A row

    A.  Other structural issues will be explored re: settlement

IV.  Bart will look into getting Presley key to storeroom.

V.  We will review major budget categories by next meeting to see if our budget continues to meet targets.
