I.  Discussion of dog incident

    A. Board talked with Lisa and Russ

II. Wess and Lynn got Facebook linked to the Altamont website

    A.  If all works well, this will replace the former resident's board.

 III.  Fencing for ground area on A row

    A.  Viewed proposed fencing; looked good; will delay until B-Dry contacted re: other matter

IV.  Bos's need B-Dry intervention for walls shifting inside unit

    A.  Bart will contact and price

V.  New Rules and Regs approved

    A.  Will be mailed to resident's with copy of new budget

    B.  Has already been posted on website
