I.  Discussed inspecting paint work on April 29th and arranged time to meet.

II. Discussed solution to dog poo problem on A row

    A.  Arranged to investigate cost of low iron fence, landscaping, signage

         1. Bart will advise re: cost, who has been arranged to do work, timeline, etc.

    B.  E row grass area will be fitted with waste bags and container and appropriate signage
