Minutes of the Altamont Patio Condominium Meeting

Altamont Patio Homeowners Association Meeting September 23rd, 2008

Agenda:

I.                 Presley (VP) called meeting to order.

            1.  Attendees discussed the following:

                A. We will consider sending the proxy vote notices out sooner this year and will also consider providing a stamped envelope and redesigning the form to make it more user friendly.

                B.  We are going to consider using composite wood for future wood repairs.  Bart will look at the condition of what we already have at the pool vis a vis will it be suitable to use on our other wood structures.

                C.  We will begin our budget review at the next board meeting.  We will consider capping expenses that are near their budget max and will review how all categories are falling within the budget projection.

                D.  Some slight fall in collections has been noted recently.  We will continue to monitor that situation.

                E.  Sewage back up on A row discussed.

The meeting adjourned approximately 6:30 P.M.
