Altamont Patio Homeowners Association Meeting December 16th, 2008

Agenda:

I.                 Discussed 2009 budget

               A. Provided we have a quorum, it will be approved at next month's meeting.

II.      Discussed progress and quality of painting

III.    Counted proxy ballots

                B.  A few more are still needed for quorum, but the response is much better than last year, so far, probably due to an addressed, stamped envelope being provided and a clearer form being developed.

                C.  We should consider using a similar, if not same, strategy next year.
