Minutes of the Altamont Patio Condominium Meeting

Altamont Patio Homeowners Association Meeting October 28th, 2008

Agenda:

I.                 Wess called the meeting to order.

               A. Board discussed again sending the proxy vote notices out sooner this year.

                    1.  Lynn will work on revamping the form letter used for proxy and will get that to Bart for his review and possible use.

                B.  The Board listened to a presentation from Alan of ACE Painting Company.

                    1.  Following the presentation, the board voted to move forward with the painting of the complex, beginning in November of '08.

                C.  Board reviewed budget.

                    1.  Decided to adapt budget discussed with a few minor changes and will formally approve at November's board meeting.

                D.  Bart was reminded the revised Rules and Regulations have not been mailed to owners and therefore not posted on website yet.

                    1.  Discussed mailing the new Rules and Regs out with the proxy vote.

The meeting adjourned approximately 7:30 P.M.
