    1.  Checking on installation of bulletin board

    2.  Still waiting for Cook's to arrange time for termite bond inspection

    3.  Working on criminal background check language

C. GROUNDS

       1.  Faucet on A/B row, lower level needs replacing or repair

D.  POOL

       1.  Discussed getting rotting posts replaced

E.  MONEY

       1.  Budget remains in black

       2.  On target regarding fee collection

II.             NEW BUSINESS

A.   REPAIRS

    1. E21 needs woodwork repair

    2. D9 waiting for door replacement

    1. Board will discuss 2008 budget in detail at October's meeting

                   A. D19; Overgrown patio tree still needs to be taken care of
