Altamont Patio Homeowners Association Meeting August 28th, 2007
Agenda:
I. CALL TO ORDER
A. APPROVAL OF LAST MONTH'S MINUTES
B. PROPERTY MANAGER'S REPORT
1. Several doors replaced; still need to replace door of D9
2. New bulletin board in; needs to be installed
3. C11 worn carpet fixed; A12 stairway repaired
4. Bart will provide wording for criminal background check that will be added to rules and regulations
5. Termite bond inspection due; Bart will determine best day to request residents to be present at unit and will coordinate with Cook's
E. MONEY
1. Budget remains in black
2. Treasurer function has moved to Metcalf; Bart is in process of getting records from former treasurer
II. NEW BUSINESS
A. REPAIRS
1. B4 needs wood repair
2. Complex will complete a full wood repair inventory
3. Board will consider payment options (assessment/mem. fee?)for repair once full inventory is performed
III. MEETING ADJOURNED
A. The meeting adjourned approximately 6:30 P.M.
