Minutes of the Altamont Patio Condominium Meeting
Tuesday, July 24th, 2007

Altamont Patio Homeowners Association Meeting July 24th, 2007

Agenda:

I.                 CALL TO ORDER

A.   APPROVAL OF LAST MONTH'S MINUTES

B.    PROPERTY MANAGER REPORT

    1.  Will arrange to cut wisteria in C-8

    2.  Will order new HGRB - 30 sign to replace old for residential use

C.    GROUNDS

    1.  Presley is doing a great job with limited resources (water).

D.   POOL

    1.  Change made in type of chlorine stick used

    2.  New pool furniture acquired and placed.  Thanks to Presley for the hard work on that.

E.    MONEY

    1.  Approved new bulletin board; locking / Bart will acquire and have installed / Metcalf and president of board will maintain access/key

    2.  Budget is in black

    3.  Treasurer function moving to Metcalf along with records

II.             NEW BUSINESS

A.   REPAIRS

1. REPLACE PATIO DOORS UNITS A2 & D9 

B.    OTHER

     1.  Will move to replace C-11 carpet when work done on corresponding unit.

     2.  Bart will complete survey of needed wood repair/stair repair

III.         OLD BUSINESS

A.   NEW MEMBERSHIP FEE

    1.  Will review material provided at meeting and discuss further

       a.  Will consider possibly bringing to front if a monthly fee increase is considered for next year

B.    OTHER

    1.  Will add criminal background check language to rules and regulations when developed and provided by Metcalf

    IV. MEETING ADJOURNED

            A. The meeting adjourned approximately 6:30 P.M.
