Minutes of the Altamont Patio Condominium Meeting
Tuesday, June 26th, 2007
5:30 P.M.

In Attendance:

Altamont Patio Homeowners Association Meeting June 26th, 2007

Agenda:

I.                  Old Business

            1.  Bart says the satellite dish is down that we had been discussing the removal of.

           2.  Confirmed repairs of doors; Bart will do walk around and determine repairs for woodwork, specific sites within complex

           3.  Tree has been trimmed that affects C and D row

           4.  We did not discuss amendment ready for next meeting regarding addition to bylaws about criminal background checks.  We will bring that up at the next meeting.

           5.  Presley is still judging what will be the best replacement furniture to buy for pool.

           6.  Wess discovered why the faucet was not working on the exterior of C row.  It is working now.

           7.  We are still reviewing how to handle potential membership fee.         

II.               New Business

            1.  Agreed we should post a sign on both pool gates that states no pets or glass allowed past that point.

            2.  We have a sign announcing the meetings; we will start putting it out.

            3.  Need to arrange trimming of several trees/foliage on patios.

            4.  Can we arrange for Metcalf to be assistant treasurer; will research.

            5.  Can we arrange to replace current bulletin board with new version; Bart will research.

The meeting adjourned approximately 6:30 P.M.
