Minutes of the Altamont Patio Condominium Meeting

In Attendance:

Altamont Patio Homeowners Association Meeting May 22nd, 2007

Agenda:

I.                  Old Business

            1.  Bart will arrange contacting owners of and removing satellite dishes that don't meet the regulations.

           2.  Confirmed future repairs of doors and woodwork, specific sites within complex

           3.  Tree to be trimmed that affects C and D row

           4.  Bart will have amendment ready for next meeting regarding addition to bylaws about criminal background checks.

II.               New Business

            1.  Presley is going to pick up new pool furniture/board approved number and type of items

            2.  Wess anticipates eventual replacement of chlorine pump feed/ will monitor and advise when replaced

            3.  Bart will arrange to have upper C row outside faucet checked/currently not working
