Minutes of the Altamont Patio Condominium Meeting
Tuesday, April 24th, 2007
5:30 P.M.

In Attendance:

Altamont Patio Homeowners Association Meeting April 24th, 2007

Agenda:

I.                  We met Quorum.

            1.  We voted to keep all current committee assignments the same.

II.               Business Discussed

            1.  Bart is going to send a letter out reminding owners of the background check requirement.

            2.  We agreed the fee for noncompliance should be set at $200, to be applied at each interval the owner is still not in compliance.  Secretary has to confirm with Metcalf what that interval is (ex. every 30 days).

            3.  The webmaster is going to attempt to place a counter on the site and restart the bulletin board.

            4.  We are going to start storing the receipts at Metcalf.  Charles C. plans to bring those to Metcalf.

The meeting adjourned approximately 6:30 P.M.
