Altamont Patio Homeowners Association Meeting March 27th, 2007

Agenda:

I.                  Meeting Could Not Be Officially Called Into Session Because We Have Not Yet Met Quorum

            1.  Quorum can only be met by a certain percentage of the property owners sending in a properly marked ballot they receive annually by mail.  This allows the board to become official and conduct business.  It is in every resident's best interest to have a working, functional board.  Please send in your completed ballot.  If you need a new copy, please contact anyone listed on our website as a Contact.

II.               Unofficial Business Discussed

            1.  Work is going well on the pool decking.

            2.  New mailbox bank is installed and working.

            3.  We have 19 votes in and need 21 for quorum.

            4. Bart will notify D15 to remove satellite.

            5. Several new doors installed.

            6. We will check the stairs on D row for possible replacement.

The meeting adjourned approximately 6:30 P.M.
