Minutes of the Altamont Patio Condominium Meeting

Altamont Patio Homeowners Association Meeting February 27th, 2007

Agenda:

I.                  Meeting Could Not Be Officially Called Into Session Because We Have Not Yet Met Quorum

            1.  Quorum can only be met by a certain percentage of the property owners sending in a properly marked ballot they receive annually by mail.  This allows the board to become official and conduct business.  It is in every resident's best interest to have a working, functional board.  Please send in your completed ballot.  If you need a new copy, please contact anyone listed on our website as a Contact.

II.               Unofficial Business Discussed

            1.  Wess is going to get a quote on resurfacing the pool deck; we will try to get that work done, if approved, prior to this year's pool season.

            2.  Wess is going to follow through on getting a legal opinion regarding limiting rental units.

            3.  We have 13 votes in and need 21 or 22 for quorum.

                a.  Bart is going to send a certified reminder that also mentions liability insurance requirements and required background checks for renters.

            4. Presley notified us that the drainage pipe for the pool is broken.  Also, he will go ahead and coordinate with Larry about putting down pine straw on outlying ground and rows.

            5. Bart will order new mailbox set and will notify D15 to remove satellite.

            6.  Lynn reported the website if back up.

            7.  Sharon reported no one is following through re: callbacks on fence work.

 

The meeting adjourned approximately 6:30 P.M.
