Altamont Patio Homeowners Association Meeting January 23rd, 2007

Agenda:

I.                  Meeting Could Not Be Officially Called Into Session Because We Have Not Yet Met Quorum

            1.  Quorum can only be met by a certain percentage of the property owners sending in a properly marked ballot they receive annually by mail.  This allows the board to become official and conduct business.  It is in every resident's best interest to have a working, functional board.  Please send in your completed ballot.  If you need a new copy, please contact anyone listed on our website as a Contact.

II.               Unofficial Business Discussed

            1.  Roof is complete.

            2.  After the recent plumbing liability issue that arose, the board agreed we need to tighten our enforcement of the in-place requirement for owners and residents regarding carrying property insurance of a certain value.

            3.  We are going to have to enforce the rotation of vehicles idle more than 2 weeks in one spot.

The meeting adjourned approximately 6:30 P.M.
