Agenda:

I.                 CALL TO ORDER

A.   Discussed 2008 Budget

    1. Made final decisions regarding fee increase

        a.  Bart will send out letter advising of amount and will produce a final version of the budget

        b.  Website will be updated to contain new condo fee information when that official document is sent

*** AMENDED 12/10/07:

     Metcalf discovered fee increase not necessary due to projected 2008 income.  We will not have a fee increase.  Bart will finalize budget.

B.    PROPERTY MANAGER'S REPORT

    1.  We will be sending out an amended Rules and Regulations that will include the criminal background check language.

        a.  The website PDF version of that document will be updated when that document has been created by Metcalf.
