Minutes of the Altamont Patio Condominium Meeting
Tuesday, December 12th, 2006
5:30 P.M.

The President called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.The minutes of the previous meeting were approved.

Altamont Patio Homeowners Association Meeting December 12th, 2006

Agenda:

I.                  Session Called To Order-President

II.               Association Reports

            1.  Roof is nearly complete.

                a.  Presley brought up key areas that still need to be worked on by roof crew.

                   -- Bart will contact roofer.

            2.  Plans continue to be made to develop a proposal for a perimeter fence for the property.

III.                New Business

1.     Consider Capital Contribution as Part of New Owner Fee Structure

               a.      Bart will research how this is down by other complexes.

2.     Can We Coordinate Cable and Satellite Installations?

                a.  This topic will be researched further.

     IV.   Close of Session-President

The meeting adjourned approximately 6:30 P.M.
