The President called the meeting to order at 5:36PM

The previous minutes were approved.

Committee Reports

Metcalf - Bart Jones
Exhaust fan in Laundry needs to be repaired.
There is a water leak in the pool area.
B-Dry repairs to B-1 were not necessary, sewer leak was repaired.
Roofing project tentatively set for November
Bellsouth Has relocate lines.

Vice President / Grounds - Presley Burns
D-19 trimmed bush themselves, but it is still too tall.

Secretary / Webmaster - Charles Baird


Treasurer - Charles Chapman
Several owners have paid assessment in full.

Building & Maintenance - Charles Chapman
Deck carpeting needs to be repaired. Rail repairs needed for C-18 and D-11.
Drainage area around F-1 needs to be cleaned.

Pool - Wess Short
Damaged surface repaired.


Special Projects Reports
Parking lot concrete has been poured. Rails are to be installed shortly. Parking bumpers are to be moved


Old Business
Rule changes postponed until October meeting.
Condo cleanup day set for October 15th. Posted on website.
Budget committee to be composed of Bart Jones, Charles Chapman, Lynn Carlisle. To meet soon.
Charles Baird introduced letters from Wess Short.
Mailbox maintenance to be addressed by Postal Service.
Community Yard sale discussed, but left to individuals.
Points to consider...
Members may not buy Patio's.
Toilet seals left to owners.
The board would like to get new and more faces on Board. Signs are proposed to notify owners of meetings.
