Minutes of the Altamont Patio Condominium Meeting

The President called the meeting to order at 5:30PM

Special meeting to discuss repairs.

Bart presented bids for repairs to Units C-2 & D-1 foundations.
The report from the Engineer was read.
Larry from B-Dry presented his recommendations and discussed how the repairs would be done.
Work would be warranted and would take about 3 days to complete. A few trees may have to be removed.

The Board voted to approve the bid from B-Dry.
A leak was reported in Unit C-1

Bart recommended inspection all lower units for settlement issues.
These would be discussed at the July meeting along with Roofing prices in order to budget for them.
