Minutes of the Altamont Patio Condominium Meeting

The meeting was called to order by the President, Patty Barnett at 5:30 p.m.
Committee reports:
After having looked over the list of repairs for the exteriors, Bart suggested a committee be setup to prioritize and receive bids for the work.
Members of the committee are Patty Barnett, Jo Simpson, Charles Chapman and Billy Dubose. They will report back at the next meeting.
There was a sewer backup that damaged Units D-7 and C-8. The owners agreed to file on their insurance and the association would pay for water removal and the owners deductable. Approximately $4000 and $2000.
Past due accounts were discussed. B-12 and C-2 are being pursued by a new attorney.
Larry is doing an excellent job on the grounds.
Two units still have crepe myrtles that have not been trimmed.
Website has been updated.
Records transferred to Charles Chapman.
Question regarding wiring work done for a tenant that has not been forwarded.
Funds look good, before the sewer problem we have a $6000 excess.
Old Business
After several members talking with several companies, it was determined that gates and cameras are not feasible.
The board recommends adding exterior lighting in such a way not to interfere with occupants.
