The Annual Meeting was called to order at 5:30pm.

 

Committee Reports:

            Metcalf- No Report

Grounds- Presley Burns reported that landscaping has been completed along the buildings adjoining the lower parking lot.  Concerns were expressed as to the method the stump was cut back and covered on the “D” row.  Consequently, Bart Jones deducted $500 from the B-Dry payment.  Brighthouse still needs to come and bury the cable currently strung along the top of the lower buildings.

Building & Maintenance- Porch floors in need of carpet/flooring repairs have been completed, however, roof vent strip needs to be attached outside of D14.  Bart reported that there is a roof leak at the doorway in D-15.

 

            New Business:

                        Fourteen ballots were turned in for the 2006 Board, 21 are needed for a

                        quorum.  Board members were asked to try and contact owners to mail in

                        election ballots before the January Board Meeting.

 

            Meeting was adjourned at 6:15pm.
