Minutes of the Altamont Patio Condominium Meeting

The President called the meeting to order at 5:28PM
The previous minutes were approved.
Committee Reports
Metcalf - Bart Jones B-Dry work is complete. There are a few cleanup items
addressed by Presley. Quotes for resurfacing the pool are in. $5050 vs. $6750
depending on type.
D-18 roof leak. A few units still need deck carpet replaced.
Vice President / Grounds - Presley Burns B-Dry left the stump of a tree that was
not to be cut down. Trees and Shrubs have been purchased to plant along
construction work. Board approved another $104 for additional plants.
Secretary / Webmaster - Charles Baird Gave notice of resignation from board due
to sale of unit. CD of website was presented to Charles Chapman. Charles Baird
will continue as a contractor for the website. Costs are $10 month to scan and
post financials, post prewritten minutes. Over 5 WebPages per month are an
additional $5 per page.
Treasurer - Charles Chapman
Old Business
Rules and regulations Jo Simpson presented the final rules. The board approved
them.

Budget Committee - Lynn Carlisle presented the 2006 budget. The board approved
it.

2006 Board Nominations - Charles Baird and Patty Barnett are resigning. All
other board members will continue.
Contract work concerns - B-Dry removed a tree unnecessarily and left the stump.
It needs to be removed. The step handrail is loose. B-Dry is to remove dirt
dumped over the wall in the parking lot. Larry is to fix the downspouts and
spread pine straw.
New Business
The Annual meeting is set for December 13.
