Minutes of the Altamont Patio Condominium Meeting

The President called the meeting to order at 5:30PM

The previous minutes were approved.

Committee Reports

Metcalf - Bart Jones
BDry system is needed in F-1, B-1 and A-2.
Foundation repairs should start in a few days.
There have been complaints about noise from a unit on the C row.
The Sign for meeting notification has been ordered.
The Gutters have been cleaned.
The Pool light is out, and there is Algae around pool.

Vice President / Grounds - Presley Burns
Flowers have been cut back.

Secretary / Webmaster - Charles Baird
Billing for web should be sent directly to Metcalf.

Treasurer - Charles Chapman

Old Business
Rules and regulations revisions were presented. Minor changes were required and a final version will be  presented at the next meeting.
Budget Committee - Lynn presented a few recommendations for the budget. The Committee will meet and present a budget by the next meeting.
Bulletin Board updates were submitted to the webmaster.

New Business
The By-laws need to be updated sometime in the future.
Nominations for the 2006 board are now open.
