Minutes of the Altamont Patio Condominium Meeting

The Vice President called the meeting to order at 5:30PM

The previous minutes were approved.

Committee Reports

Metcalf - Bart Jones
Repairs to be done on the following, B6 hole, A12 Exterior siding, Soffet, deck near Jo's unit.
B-Dry repairs to B-1 are held up, possible a sewer leak.
Cook's pest control letters are to be posted by Wes.
Foundation repairs are held up due to Bellsouth having to relocate lines. ($6000)

Vice President / Grounds - Presley Burns
Seedlings planted.
The Grounds are having a lot of trash dumped on them.
Pressure washing is complete.
Quote needed to trim shrubs in patios.

Secretary / Webmaster - Charles Baird
A complaint was posted on the website about a speeding car.

Treasurer - Charles Chapman
Past due accounts discussed.
Costs for Locks are to billed to unit.

Building & Maintenance - Charles Chapman
Gas leak was detected and repaired.
Hand rails need to be repaired.

Pool - Wess Short
Pool light repaired.
Buoy hook needs to be repaired.


Special Projects Reports
Parking lot concrete work still delayed to weather.

Assessment Feedback
None heard.
Ideas from Woodland Village Newsletter.
Several good ideas were found in the newsletter.
All agreed that their rules seemed heavy handed.
APC rules update
Ideas from WV newsletter will be incorporated and presented next meeting.
Parking Decals
Unanimously dismissed the idea.


New Business
D-5 Window Will be addressed when exterior repairs are made.
Sapling removal by F Building will be done by Larry

Wes complained about a missing door knob on A16, a passage lock will be installed.
Walkway cleaning has been done.
Pool latch has been repaired.
B-6 addressed above.
Pool repairs are needed for hook.

A budget committee has been formed consisting of Bart Jones, Charles Baird and Lynn Carlisle.
