I. Old Business:
1) Satellite Dishes
a) Requests For Installation – C3, C4, D4, B12 Requested, B15, C12 Has Been Taken Down, D15, D22 Satellite Problem Will Be Fined For Noncompliance
b) Complaints On New Policy—Michelle Campbell will receive a letter about her dish
c) Installation Fines-Fines Will Be $25 Per Twice A Month

2) Coke Machine Removal- Been Addressed

3) Trees In Patio Units-Agreed To Cover Costs

4) Trash In Patio Unit
a) D-15, A-14

 5) Grounds – Light On D Row, Cement Block Patched, Steps In The Process Of
                   Being Fixed, Railing In Parking Lot Needs Repair, Pinestraw to be placed where needed on A-row

II. New Business:
1) Pool
a) Intake Manifold Needs Replacing Repairs Have Been OK’d By The Board Vote Was 4-0 In Favor Of Repair

2) Mail Boxes  Have To Be Locked Or Fined

3) Boards On Boardwalk between B + C Row Need Repair

4) E7, E9 Needs A New Patio Door

5) New Time For Board Meetings Will Be 5:00PM Fourth Tuesday Of Odd Months With The Exception Being
The Annual Meeting In December An Even Month Vote Was 4-0 In Favor Of Change

6) Baby Blue Truck Shall Be Fined
