Mortgate company did not forclose on C-2 Dysart - Attorney

Final Demand Letter for

Coke machine removal needs to be removed ASAP

Landscape Co. has not come in but 2 times a month

Presley will monitor landscaping, to help

$50 a month fine for improper satelite dishes letter will go out this week

Candace Hataway's unit D-15 trash has still not been removed

Iron perimeter fence was fixed after being vandalized

Considered accelerating Dysarts (C-2) dues for the year due to being late

New Business:

A-14 secured sliding glass door, patio garbage removed, patio door need secured

D-11 stairs need painting

Concrete block pulverized
