Dr. Pewitt resigned.

Expenses

Metcalf provided a Financial Report  to all board members for the month ended March 24, 2002:

Balance in First Commercial Bank Account         $27,260.37

Balance in Metcalf Operating Account                  $(1,333.59)

Balance in Special Assessment Account         $21,711.28

Total Monies on Hand                                    $47,638.06

Last quarter operating expenses indicate that the current assessment needs to become part of the fee. Approximately $13,000 incoming and $10,000 outgoing. Flooding expenses $5,000 approx. 3 times per year.

                  Letter of ejection to be rewritten.

Randall Newland, E-1         with attorney (Howard)

The following units will be 3 months in arrears as of May 15, 2002:

Improvements Loan

The following items need to be addressed with a loan.

Parking lot resurfaced         $35,000

Deck platforms replaced         $9,000

Stucco repaired         $19,000

  Total         $63,000
 
 

·Metcalf to discuss terms with lender and to draft approval letter to owners.

·   Lender will require a resolution from the board and an assessment designated for principle and interest with 66 2/3% to 75% approval from owners.

·   Loan possible within 45 days from receipt of documentation.

·   Letter to be mailed this week with self-addressed, stamped envelope.

 Trees

Metcalf mailed a letter regarding tree height (4 ft above patio wall) with compliance is required by February 15th. Metcalf to provide report on outcome.
 

Doors

Presley to inspect E-7’s door and report on need to repair or replace.

Pool

Jeff to attend 3-day course to become certified pool and spa operator.

Pest Control

Cook’s to provide quote on inside coverage including carpenter bees. Cook’s is current termite coverage provider and Terminex has contract for inside coverage.
