Overall Expenses

The Utilities portion of the expenses was extraordinarily high. The cause for this was a debit from our account for January's bill in February. The previous balance on February's sewer bill was $2,065.05 while February's sewer bill was $2,527.48.  Additionally, the February water bill was $1,097.23 plus a previous balance of $742.83. A utility tax of $43.89 resulted in a total billing of $6,476.48 for the February bill.
